PERFORMANCE SETUP REQUIREMENTS

This tech rider contains detailed technical requirements and equipment specifications for DJ MARKUSS performances. Please select the appropriate setup based on your venue type.

Bars

Compact setup with Pioneer XDJ-RX3 all-in-one DJ system. Perfect for smaller venues and bar environments.

Clubs

Full professional setup with Pioneer CDJ-3000X players and DJM-V10 mixer. Designed for larger club venues.

Important: All equipment must be in excellent working condition and tested before the performance.

Equipment Availability Notice

I can provide the following equipment:

  • Pioneer XDJ-RX3 all-in-one DJ system
  • Shure SM58 microphone with Sennheiser XSW D XLR Wireless Adapter

If your venue does not have this equipment available, please contact me in advance to arrange equipment delivery and setup.

ESSENTIAL DJ EQUIPMENT

(All items must be in excellent working condition)

  1. Pioneer XDJ-RX3 all-in-one DJ system (or newer model) - I can provide this
  2. High quality sound-system (speakers & subwoofers if not built-in)
  3. Minimum of two (2) microphones (one for general announcements, one for monitoring in the booth if needed) - I can provide Shure SM58 with Sennheiser XSW D XLR Wireless Adapter
  4. All gear must be fully functional without any damage (e.g. no broken buttons or faders)

PREFERRED SETUP CONFIGURATION

  • XDJ-RX3 should be positioned at comfortable height (approximately 1m / 39 inches) for optimal DJ performance.
  • All cables must be properly connected and tested before performance.
  • Dedicated monitor speakers on both sides of the DJ booth, angled appropriately for clear audio feedback.
  • Power outlet must be available at the DJ setup (220V European standard, properly grounded).
  • USB drive compatibility: System should support USB 3.0 drives formatted in FAT32 or HFS+ for Rekordbox library access.
  • Microphone must be a condenser microphone (e.g. Rode NT1, Neumann TLM 103, Shure SM58)

HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 bottles of COLD water (room temperature)
Pioneer CDJ-3000X and DJM-V10 Setup

ESSENTIAL DJ EQUIPMENT

  1. Pioneer CDJ-3000/2000NXS2 (x2) (or newer model)
  2. Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 mixer (or newer model)
  3. High quality sound-system (speakers & subwoofers if not built-in)
  4. Minimum of two (2) microphones (one for general announcements, one for monitoring in the booth if needed)
  5. All gear must be fully functional without any damage (e.g. no broken buttons or faders)

PREFERRED SETUP CONFIGURATION

  • DJM should be positioned 30-40cm (about 12-16 inches) from the DJ's mixer unit at the same height.
  • Channel mapping:
    • Left CDJ = Channel 2
    • Right CDJ = Channel 3
  • All cables must be EtherNet based for remote functionality.
  • Dedicated monitor on both sides of the DJ, angled to his/her/their right.
  • Laptop requirements:
    • Laptop should be located on the left or right of the DJ booth.
    • A power line or accessible power outlet must be available at the DJ setup for laptop charging.
  • Microphone must be a condenser microphone (e.g. Rode NT1, Neumann TLM 103, Shure SM58)

HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS
